Jamie Welsh is founder and CEO of 10% Solution, a certified socially responsible consulting company. She has a background as an executive in hospitality, home building, and software development. Jamie advises Jeremy Franz, our Vice President of Marketing, as well as Lisa Casimiro, our Environmental Sustainability Project Manager.

Sandie Morgan

Live2Free

Living in Greece for more than ten years engaged Sandie Morgan in the fight against human trafficking. She is currently Director of the Center for Women's Studies at Vanguard University, Administrator for the OC Human Trafficking Task Force, and founder of the non-profit organization Live2Free. Sandie advises our Project Manager of Business Ethics, Addie Coffman.

Dave Alford

Vanguard University

Dr. Dave Alford, a former consultant for Mercer Consulting, brings a wide range of experience to the Vanguard community. He received his M.B.A. from the University of Southern California, and his Educational Doctorate from Pepperdine University. He will be advising Christian Talbott on Market Economics.

Lettie Boggs-Cowie

Colbi Technologies Inc.

Lettie is Chair & CEO of Colbi Technologies, Inc., a company serving school districts with Account-Ability project management, budgeting, and accounting software for school building programs. She is helping Megan Allee on Entrepreneurship projects in addition to inspiring our whole team with her innovative ideas.

Lisa Naef

Prescription Solutions

Lisa is an organizational development professional with more than 10 years of experience managing and developing a broad range of corporate education programs. She helps SIFE with public relations and project management.

Jill Zeiger

Chapman University

Jill's background in event planning and administration makes her an excellent resource for our SIFE students. Jill also has experience helping SIFE make great business contacts and stay organized.

Dave Stachowiak

Dale Carnegie of Southern Los Angeles

Dave brings over 10 years of experience in coaching, training, and business education to his role as Senior Vice President of Dale Carnegie of Southern Los Angeles. He advises SIFE on projects as well as coaching the competition team with his wife, Bonni. This year, he will be advising our Vice President of Team Sustainability and Projects, Andrew Ramirez.

Chip Espinoza

LeadershipTraQ

Chip Espinoza is the Executive Vice President of LeadershipTraQ. He consults in the civic, corporate and nonprofit sectors. He specializes in helping leaders initiate and negotiate change in their organizations. He frequently speaks across the country on his firm’s research about ‘Twenty-Somethings’ and their value to organizations.

Emilie Shiner, PHR

Previously, Emilie served as the Director of Recruiting for New York Life. She has a BA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and is presently enrolled in Chapman University's MA in HR program. Emilie will be working alongside Brennan LaMar, guiding him in ways to strengthen his human relation skills, which he can use to recruit and train new SIFE members.

Kelsey Richards

McDermott and Bull Executive Search

Kelsey Richards was the President of Vanguard's SIFE team from 2007-2008. She currently is a program coordinator for the executive network at McDermott and Bull. She also participates in our Success Skills training seminar Networking Night.

Vinnie Aven

Blink Maven LLC

As a former SIFE executive leader, Vinnie is instrumental in motivating our SIFE team to new heights. He previously was an Account Executive for the Ontario Reign and is now the founder of a start-up business called Blink Maven Software, LLC.

Carolyn Stephens

Vanguard University

Carolyn Stephens brings a wealth of firsthand experience to Vanguard students. Her business background includes time spent in executive-level marketing and general management with publicly traded technology companies. She holds an M.B.A from Pepperdine University, and a certificate from MIT in Development and Technology Based Innovation. She will be advising Jeremy Franz, teaching him how to develop his marketing skills.
